Duties:
* Negotiate, process, and source for commercial real estate loans, including acquisitions refinance, and recapitalization
* Prepare financial packages, evaluate credit by analyzing financial statements, rent rolls, DSCR, and LTV
* Work with lenders to negotiate loan terms

MUST:
Bilingual mandarin
Bachelors in related field
Advanced excel and Yardi
5 years minimum
